I absolutely LOVED this track meet! The weather perfectly 70 degrees and no ferocious winds, which made it the first sunny track meet I've ever had. I competed in the 100m hurdles, 200m sprint, long jump, and 4x100m (where my fellow relayers and I majorly kicked butt = 1st place!). I honestly think I did pretty well being my first track meet this year. I'm just glad that I know what I really need to work on, for example, the hurdles for this meet were much shorter and closer together that what I have been practicing with for several weeks (which majorly cut down my times), now I know what I need to practice on more.
